This is a no hassle account. I opened up my ING Direct account and accidentally opened up two one savings and checking. After the accounts were open I noticed that the higher interest was in the checking account so I just put in a transfer to the checking from the Orange Savings and it automatically closed it out without any hassles with customer service. I love it when online banking is easy and things can get done without a mess of calls.
