Many banks offer fee-free or No ATM charges. Most internet only banks offer High Interest Accounts and then you have banks such as Chase and Paypal that give you iPhone mobile banking apps.
You may still find some discounts and promotions but the best thing to do is to check online on the bank's website or your mailbox for the latest offers. Read our reviews of online and banks with drive-thru's such as Fifth Third bank.
Citizen's Bank has a great Enviroment Friendly Checking account with Green Sense.

Wells Fargo Bank: We did not find
any Wells Fargo Bank offers for this month but do offer
mortgage rates similar to Wells Fargo Bank in our online
mortgage
section. Having looked over at the Wells Fargo banking
page we found that you can get free access to online
banking but there are no real incentives to use Wells
Fargo over any other bank. Even though they were a pioneer
of the old-fashioned brick and mortar bank their money
market rates are not comparable to the online-only Virtual
and Netbanks.
